Staying at Home During Our Cleaning Service
It’s perfectly okay to stay at home during our cleaning service. After all, it’s not easy to let someone into your home, particularly for first-time clients.
If you need to be at home, we just ask you to follow these recommendations:
- Please do not helicopter the cleaners. They are professional cleaners with proper experience and training. However, they can still make errors like everyone else. If you feel that is the case, please wait until they finish and then point out any areas where you are not happy with the results.
- It’s completely understandable to stay at home to work from home or just get some rest or watch a movie. We do have to ask you to leave them working on each room and please leave briefly when they need to clean the room you are using currently (e.g., office, living room, bedroom).
If You Have Pets
We love pets! And we are happy to work with them being around. If they are friendly around strangers, let them roam around your home.
However, if your pets are potentially aggressive or feel anxious or agitated around strangers, please take them out for a walk or put them in a secured area until our professional cleaners leave your home. We want to avoid accidents or injuries for anyone involved. Better safe than sorry!
